DIRITTO DI RECESSO
Ai sensi del decreto legislativo n° 185 del 22/05/1999, che regola le vendite a distanza, il cliente ha diritto a recedere dal contratto e restituire i prodotti acquistati entro 10 giorni dalla data di consegna, dandone avviso con lettera raccomandata indirizzata a : Dodicilune, Via Ferecide Siro 1/E, 73100 Lecce , Italy.
Le spese di spedizione sono a carico del cliente.
La merce deve essere restituita integra e sigillata come quando spedita e non deve aver subito alcun danneggiamento.

CANCELLATIONS
According to law n. 185 of 22/05/1999, which regulates long-distance sales, the customer is entitled to cancel the contract and return the product purchased within 10 days of the delivery, giving notice in a letter sent by certified mail to: Dodicilune, Via Ferecide Siro 1/E, 73100 Lecce , Italy.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs.
The goods must be returned intact and sealed like they were shipped, and free of any damage.
